  • In rare cases, deliveries may take up to 2 weeks due to:

    • Public holidays

    • Extreme weather conditions

    • Courier delays

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details with you via email.

4. Delivered but Not Received?

In rare cases, tracking may show “Delivered” even when the customer hasn’t physically received the package.
This usually happens when:

  • A family member receives it

  • A neighbour or flatmate collects it

  • It is placed at the security desk/mail room

  • Office mailroom accepts the parcel

If you have not received the package:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

  • We will raise the issue with our courier partner and start an investigation.

Resolution Timeline

Courier investigations typically take up to 10 working days.

Refund Guarantee

If, after investigation, it is confirmed that you did not receive the product, we will issue a full refund.

If you contact us after 48 hours of the “Delivered” notification, it becomes difficult to file a valid claim with the courier, and we may not be able to assist or process refunds.
