We aim to respond within 24 working hours (Monday–Saturday).


1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

  • All exchange or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.


2. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • You received a product with a size issue.

Exchange Guidelines

  • You may exchange the item for another size or the correct product of the same value.

  • No extra charges for exchanges of equal value.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • If you choose a product of higher value, the price difference must be paid online before dispatch.

Condition for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must have the original sticker/label intact.

  • It must be unused, unwashed, properly folded, and safely packed for return transit.

  • Products not meeting these conditions will not be processed.


3. Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in genuine cases of defective products.

Refunds are NOT issued for:

  • Size issues

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Products used or washed

  • Exchanges already processed once

How to Request a Refund

For defective product refunds:

  1. Email support@instaselect.store

  2. Include your Order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the defect

  3. Our team will verify the issue

If the defect is confirmed:

  • A refund will be issued to the same bank account/payment method used during purchase

  • Or to any other bank account you provide

If the defect is NOT due to our error:

  • Refund will not be processed if the defect occurred due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper washing.


4. Exceptional Returns (No Defect Cases)

In rare exceptions where a return is approved despite no defect:

  • A ₹100 deduction will apply to cover reverse logistics costs
    (Reverse pickup costs have increased significantly.)


5. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.
    These do not qualify for returns or refunds.

  • Do not accept a visibly damaged package from the delivery agent.
    This prevents issues and ensures eligibility for support.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns/exchanges if the product does not meet the policy conditions.

  • Only one exchange/return request will be processed per order.

  • Products bought during sales, promotions, or discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

  • Free exchange is available for size issues, but no refunds are provided for size-related concerns.

  • Used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
